Glassworks
Wide curvilinear strokes recall the manual exercise of calligraphy, as well as that of generating shapes by blowing into glass. Created in overlapping fields and highlighted by a uniform darker background, they appear to be held together by a network of wires that cross the surface horizontally. This subject freely interprets the collection theme “Design meets rhythm”, which investigated the link between sound and figurative art.
