The quantity stated in the invoice is the confirmed quantity to be delivered. If there is material left over after the installation, Floor Studio NDSM will not accept returns. Floor Studio NDSM highily recommend to check the quantities before placing the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and we will ask if the order can be returned. If your return is accepted, Floor Studio NDSM will arrange a dedicated transport to return the goods to the location from where they have been initially shipped to you. Before proceeding with the transport we will require from you the payment of the transport cost to return your order. You are responsible for taking care of the packaging of the goods, making sure to properly prepare the goods to be protected during the transport to return your order.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Do not sign the approval of the delivery before checking the goods. In case of any visible damage, report it immediately to the driver, report it on the transport document and possibly take pictures of the issue.
If you identify damages later, you shall communicate this claim by registered written message within eight days from receiving the goods. After this time has expired, the product will be covered by the general 2-year warranty according to the EU law regarding damages concerning technical performance and quality.
All claims shall be communicated eight days from the delivery of the goods to the destination. No claims shall be accepted after the products are installed. If damages and losses are effective, only fault and damaged materials will be replaced, and in no case shall the seller be chargeable with any cost or indemnity.
Acceptable claims refer to 'first quality' products only, expressly excluding any claims for second, third, or stock quality products.
The seller shall not be liable for any destinations of use of the product chosen by the purchaser.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted products, or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method deducted by 20% of their value for handling costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
